01295 250943The UFH Solutions Ltd OPTI-RAIL screed system is installed by fixing the underfloor heating pipe securely with adhesive backed cliprail and barbed pipe clips which anchor the tube firmly in place through the polythene vapour barrier and into the insulation below. The minimum screed depth of 50mm liquid or 65mm sand/cement can then be poured, ensuring full coverage in and around the pipe enabling optimum heat conductivity.
The OPTI-RAIL screed system helps to maintain even pipe spacing and aids installation rather than using pipe clips alone.
